Global trust in Business is now significantly higher than trust in Government. In 17 out of 28 nations surveyed, government is actively distrusted.

Nations are trapped in a prisoner's dilemma. To attract capital, they must slash taxes and deregulate pollution. If one nation tries to be responsible, capital simply leaves.
